At FITUEYES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furniture purchase. If your new TV stand or desk doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it back into its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, tools, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
